Pricing questions, answered.

What counts as a "connection"?

A connection is one integration between two systems. A Shopify-to-ShipStation flow is one connection. If you need three unique instances of that integration, it's three connections. Each connection is priced based on the complexity of the platforms it connects.

What happens during peak volume like BFCM?

Nothing changes. DropStream does not charge peak surcharges or volume thresholds. If your order volume runs 10x during BFCM, your invoice is the same flat-rate connection fee you pay every other month.

Are there onboarding or migration fees?

Nope. Guided onboarding from our ecommerce and fulfillment specialists is included in every plan. There are no separate onboarding fees and no charges for setup support. Some of the more complex integrations carry a one-time setup fee, scoped upfront so there are no surprises.

Can I add or remove integrations mid-cycle?

Yes. Add a connection when you need it. Remove one when you don't. Your bill adjusts for the next billing cycle. No penalty for changes.

Is the 30-day trial trial really free?

Yes. The trial includes full platform access and the ability to set up and test integrations. No credit card required to start. Our expert support team is available throughout your trial as much as you need.

Is customer support really included in my pricing plan?

Yes. We are your partner and that means that we're always available when you need support. It's included in your plan. If you want access to more dedicated support we can add extra support to your plan but it's generally not needed.
